No problem, the purpose is to cause conversation and thinking.

I often wonder who has the hardest time with generational differences. The older folks who do not want people younger than their children controlling their daily work, or the younger folks who have a hard time telling employees older than their parents, what to do. Both need blinders on.

You are right on target Jade. I also think the culture of the company plays into how different generations take leadership from one another.

Consider the Neil Young song,"Teach Your Children Well". The fears and anxieties that most people feel cross cultural and age limits. The only difference is when. In the end, the only thing that really matters is the concern and compassion for one another.

How right you are Neil. Many people could learn from your words of wisdom.

NOW THAT THE ECONOMY IS IMPROVED, AND HIRING IS OCCURRING EVERYWHERE, THE CONSIDERATION OF WHO MATCHES WELL WITH THE TEAM IS EXTREMELY IMPORTATNT. CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE MATTER, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS A WELL OILED MACHINE, STEEPED IN COOPERATION.
