THIS CAN BE A COMPLICATED SUBJECT, AS HR LAW CHANGES MORE OFTEN THAN SOME CHANGE THEIR POLICIES....BUT WRITING TO CORRECT A PROBLEM JUST MAKES MORE PROBLEMS.

IT IS RATHER NEGATIVE TO SUGGEST THAT ANYONE THINK OF THE SCENERIO THAT COULD TAKE YOUR ORGANIZATION TO ITS KNEES, BUT IT WORKS TO WRITE HUMAN RESOURCE POLICY PRIOR TO THE BAD EVENT.
